Combining the numbing sensation of perilla leaves, the sourness of plums, the bitterness of coffee and the sparkling water. This presents a version of the local delicacy in terms of taste and appearance.
Poached chicken
It is also known as white-cut chicken coffee and was created by a cafe in Guangzhou. It induces ginger juice into it to recreate the flavour of ginger and scallion seasoning used in the dish.

The digestive process in the civet’s body is said to cause physical changes in the beans that make them more palatable.
